I was reading this poem, “Trick Knee” by my friend Mary Biddinger<\/a> which ran on Verse Daily last week, and at these last stanzas\u2014<\/p>\n

if not a hint of the remarkable.
\nThose cement blocks aren’t heavy
\nafter all. I’ll save one for your<\/p>\n

back. We’ll move them downstream
\nto where there’s no circulation.
\nNothing left in the world to get down on.<\/p>\n
